Always Gratitude

Our journey is just going to be different.

Kathy's words the day Eliot was born. Still the truest thing about this family. We're looking for someone ready to be part of it.

Who we are

This is a family built on thirty years of choosing gratitude and moving forward together. We have always believed that life is best when it's fully embraced: through creativity, purpose, and a commitment that doesn't waver when things get hard. That's not just how we approach challenges. It's how we approach everything.

When their first son Eliot was born, doctors quietly delivered news of a Down syndrome diagnosis. Kathy, characteristically optimistic, observed, "Our journey is just going to be different." She was right ...and they've never looked back.

Eliot is 29. He is joyful, affectionate, and full of life, the kind of person who can fill a room with silly energy and warmth. Eliot is also complex and sometimes challenging, and he most thrives with people who are consistent, present, and genuinely invested. That's the kind of person Team Luckiest is looking for.

Meet Eliot

What makes this role different

This isn't a job you clock in and out of. It's a relationship.

Real connection

You won't be a rotating face in the door. You'll know Eliot: his routines, his humor, what makes a good day. And he'll know you. That relationship is the whole point.

Stability and structure

The schedule adapts. Eliot will keep you on your toes. What doesn't flex is the team behind you: extensive training before you're ever on your own, a family that's navigated this for 29 years, and systems built from real experience. When things get hard, we don't move on. We work it out.

Purpose you can feel

This isn't abstract impact. Every time you show up, you'll see what your presence means — to Eliot, to this family. That's not a mission statement. That's Tuesday.
